Project Bududa, Uganda

Currently, Penn FIMRC is raising awareness and funds for the FIMRC site in Bududa, Uganda which operates outreach and health education programs in addition to providing clinical services for malaria, HIV, and maternity and child health. As one of the main focuses of the site is the prevention and treatment of malaria, the funds raised will be specifically allocated towards keeping up with the increased and sustained demands for malaria testing. The funds will go towards at least one month’s worth of Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs) as well as crucial necessities like slides and stains necessary for testing.

Penn FIMRC has fundraised and raised awareness for Bududa, Uganda through the FIMRC Sticker Sale! We are excited to continue this project with various events throughout the year!
